Oh wow, that IS a big announcement. And can I just say that you win the prize for the best-dressed expat in Paris? You always look so stylish no matter what you're doing in your pics/videos!
Yeah!!! I'm so glad you're coming back to the states. I will very much miss your Paris blog, but I can't wait to see what adventures you discover in New York to blog about.
I will be visiting you end of April, beginning of May. I hope that's okay!
Xavier, very nice editing work on the video (I'm assuming you did it). My boys are going to love this one!
I half expected to learn that you were expecting...no seriously, what time of day did you take those shots in front of Invalides and at Trocadero? Both sites were amazingly empty.
No, no - no baby...yet. Our secret at Trocadero, Anne, was standing and dancing in the fountain - there were plenty of people there, they are all just behind the camera, unwilling to get their feet wet. At Invalides, we were in the middle of the road - a circle of cobblestones where cars don't drive (rarely anyway)...
yeah! We won't make it to see you in Paris (dang) but we're excited you are coming back to America, land of the free and home of the brave! (While watching the video, I kept waiting for a little tummy shot! Maybe another time, eh?) Enjoy your mom & dad for another few days! xoxox

And I was assuming you were moving only across the river...à Saint-Germain! What a great video.
I'll miss your blog here, the more so that I'm now in Paris and it feels like we're neighbors. But I bet you're thrilled to go to the Big Apple.

Love the video...can't get enough of the song. What's the name of the song and who sings it? Thanks!
