Eggs.

I have great memories of Easter eggs - shrink-wrapping them with those Disney plastic sleeves, the smell of vinegar permeating the house, feeling high-strung about the eggs soaking up the dye - waiting was just too long, contending for supplies with so many kids, making a huge mess. Loved it just as much in Provincetown this weekend, where we all dyed eggs. Easter egg dying with so many artists was bound to be fruitful.

I made a special striated one using tiny strips of electrical tape. Voilà my Easter creations.

Gorgeous!! I haven't dyed eggs in years... wish I'd done it with my kids this Easter. Next year for sure! you've inspired me :)

Those eggs are much more creative than the ones that were made at our house in years gone by. It doesn't even look like you had to deal with the smelly vinegar.

Emilie! These Easter posts are just delightful. The hide-and-seek is priceless. Can't wait to see what you post from Paris. xoxo
