The delicacy of the whole trip. The lavender fields in Provence. We drove for 10 kilometers or more and they were unbounded - infinite - they just kept going.

emilie! these are shockingly beautiful pictures. what a great series of posts-- I love how each member of the family gets their own post. I am so longing for france right now. I hate, hate, hate japan. and I am so mad at nicolas for making me live here and for not having relatives in provence.

Stunning photos - pity the beautiful smell of fresh lavender cannot be captured on the blog..:)
