In Southern Utah - hiking in National Parks this week...with many Johnsons, Xavier and Marguerite. Today, we hiked Angel's Landing in Zion. We totaled 14 people - 3 kids under 6 years old (and one 5 fetus months old, also being toted) - on a pretty strenuous hike. The exposure on this hike is terrifying for people scared of heights, but the views are like nothing else. It is a Johnson day - no joke when I tell people we had to try out for vacation when we were growing up.
The trail was like this, until it got really steep:
What awesome shots! Can only imagine how great these are in real life. If I counted correctly, Picture 19 really got my stomach going. Please tell us you had someone else take that shot and not you at 5 months preggers! OMG, the drop!
Beautiful pictures, I like them so much and nature is unbelievably awesome, but most of all I liked the little princess at the last shot - reminds me of my own sweet baby!

I would be one of the terrified ones, but you're right, the views are amazing. Stay safe!
Holy cow! Hiking upwards like that with a child on your back would require the athleticism of an Olympic athlete!! Well done to your family!
It was a day to remember and you captured it well.

The pictures are stunning and the nature is so beautiful! It seems like you had the best of times!

Such amazing hues of red and oranges. It's probably as if you dive in another world!
